When will I receive my incentive?
You will receive your incentive within 3 to 4 weeks following close of escrow.

 

Is the real estate cashback rebate available in all states?
Please note: The real estate cash-back rebate is offered in most states. The real estate program is NOT available in Iowa. The cash-back rebate is offered in most states. In some states, a gift card or commission credit at closing may be provided in lieu of the cash-back rebate. The program is not available in Iowa or outside US. Cash-back rebate is not available in Alaska, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Oklahoma. In Kansas and Tennessee, a gift card will be issued ready for spending at specified retail establishments after closing. State regulations in Kansas limit the dollar amounts and the type of incentive. In Oregon and New Jersey, a commission reduction may be available at closing. Please check with the program coordinator for details. This is not a solicitation if you are already represented by a real estate broker. The cash-back rebate is only available with the purchase and/or sale of your home through the use of a program-approved and referred real estate agent. All real estate transactions are negotiable. Are all loans eligible for the closing cost credit?
Unfortunately no! Due to federal regulations, brokered loans and government bonded loans are not eligible for a closing cost credit.

 

Where does the loan closing cost credit come from?
The loan closing cost credit comes from the Charitable House® preferred lending partners. We work closely with lenders who work hard to close your loan quickly and efficiently.

 

Do I have to claim my real estate cash-back rebate on my taxes?
The IRS requires the reporting of income from any source. Discuss with your tax preparer whether the incentive will be taxed.

 

Why should I use the program if I am not eligible to receive cash-back?
You will receive many other benefits. Your personal Real Estate coordinator will answer your questions and guide you every step of the way. Your approved real estate agent is experienced and specially trained to provide you with excellent service.
